Responsibilities
- Architect Vision: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, defining high-level system architecture and ensuring scalability for future growth.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the migration to cloud-native environments, optimizing performance and reducing latency in real-time data processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into feasible product roadmaps.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Transformers, Edge AI) to integrate into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems.
