Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models, with a focus on transformer architectures and LLMs.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reduce inference costs.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Deployment: Deploy models to production environments, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Systems: Strong understanding of distributed systems, parallel computing, and GPU optimization.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Cloud Computing are a plus.
