Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for next-generation deployment.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize neural network performance for edge devices and high-throughput cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-impact features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to validate new algorithms and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines and MLOps workflows.
