Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to support core product features.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing AI models for speed, accuracy, and scalability to handle millions of data points in real-time.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and industry trends to implement cutting-edge techniques (e.g., LLMs, Transformers, Reinforcement Learning).
- Ensure model robustness, interpretability, and compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, Computer Vision, or RL, depending on the specific focus area.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
