Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex autonomous agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.
- Model Optimization: Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for inference speed and memory efficiency, ensuring low-latency responses in production environments.
- RAG & Vector Systems: Build and maintain advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance model accuracy and context retention.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of 2026 trends by researching novel architectures, including reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and causal inference models.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate technical concepts into scalable business solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; experience with Rust or C++ for high-performance computing is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building production-grade ML systems, specifically with LLMs or Transformers.
- Frameworks: Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithms for edge devices.
- Communication: Excellent technical writing and presentation skills for stakeholder updates.
