Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models and generative AI agents.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and architecture planning for junior engineers.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to improve our product suite.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
