Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for LLMs and Multimodal AI systems aligned with 2026 industry standards.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Model Optimization: Reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications across cloud and edge environments.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish robust guardrails for bias mitigation, safety, and transparency in all AI deployments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate AI agents seamlessly into complex enterprise workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Vector Databases, and MLOps pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
