Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput environments using techniques like quantization and distillation.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel AI architectures, including autonomous agents and reinforcement learning agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics) to ensure AI safety and alignment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in AI, such as NeRFs, diffusion models, and next-gen transformer architectures.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) for specific enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or open-source contributions.
