Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art foundation models for enterprise applications.
- Build and optimize high-performance inference pipelines for real-time LLM deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Research and implement novel architectures to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model safety and reliability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Extensive experience with transformer architectures, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
