We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents. You will work at the intersection of research and production, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in natural language processing.

Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs using transformer architectures and novel neural network designs.
- Productionization: Deploy models to high-scale production environments using MLOps best practices (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Research: Conduct rigorous research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reduction of hallucinations.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate research into scalable product features.
- Optimization: Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years focused on LLMs or Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or open-sourcing high-impact projects.
