Responsibilities
- Own and execute the 2026 product vision, translating high-level business goals into actionable, detailed product roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-impact features, ensuring alignment with market demands and technical feasibility.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in AI and automation.
- Drive data-informed decision-making, utilizing analytics to measure success and iterate on product performance.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and external partners, to champion product strategy.
- Define success metrics (KPIs) and OKRs to track progress and demonstrate value to the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in AI, Machine Learning, or Fintech.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- A strong technical aptitude; experience working closely with engineering teams is essential.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
