Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement high-level system architectures that integrate classical AI models with quantum computing frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging quantum algorithms and machine learning techniques to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Hardware-Software Integration: Optimize software stacks for quantum processors, ensuring seamless communication between classical and quantum computing environments.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CTO and product management to define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of code quality, security, and scalability across all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Machine Learning: Strong foundation in deep learning, neural networks, and classical machine learning algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions for complex computational challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
