Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, hybrid quantum-classical AI systems for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead the research and development of next-gen algorithms capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate quantum hardware into existing AI pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on machine learning and AI.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing languages.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep reinforcement learning, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
