Responsibilities
- Architect scalable neural networks and transformer models for next-gen autonomous agents.
- Integrate quantum computing principles into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product suite, ensuring interoperability and scalability.
- Develop ethical AI frameworks and safety protocols for sentient systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architectural code reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or experience in hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving product innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
