Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid neural network architectures that leverage both classical and quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms optimized for post-2025 hardware environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum physicists, and software engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and low-latency performance for real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models in simulated 2026+ environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems or quantum software stacks.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and specialized quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their hardware acceleration capabilities.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
