Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems integrating quantum algorithms with classical machine learning models.
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the company's 2026 innovation initiatives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
- Conduct deep research into emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and advanced NLP.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex, large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies.
