Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product suite, focusing on scalable AI models and quantum algorithms.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance computing infrastructure that supports real-time, autonomous decision-making.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and data scientists in advanced methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and hardware engineers to integrate AI seamlessly into next-gen ecosystems.
- Patent & Innovation: Lead initiatives to secure intellectual property and publish cutting-edge research papers in leading AI conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within AI/ML or high-performance computing environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
