Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Architectures: Design and implement next-generation neural networks that integrate seamlessly with quantum processors.
- Algorithm Development: Develop novel quantum-classical hybrid algorithms to optimize computational efficiency and accuracy.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and researchers within the R&D team.
- Research & Prototyping: Conduct deep research into emerging AI trends, publishing findings and patenting proprietary technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize system performance to meet enterprise-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks.
- Quantum Experience: Demonstrated experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and quantum circuit design.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot high-stakes technical issues.
