Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for AI workloads integrating quantum computing capabilities.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into advanced machine learning algorithms and quantum error correction techniques.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and system designs.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines and model inference to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and R&D scientists, to deliver high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
