Responsibilities
- Architecting Neural Infrastructures: Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures capable of handling exascale data processing and real-time learning.
- Quantum Integration: Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex optimization problems and enhance security protocols.
- Agentic AI Leadership: Lead the engineering team in building autonomous AI agents with self-repair capabilities and advanced reasoning loops.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption in 2026, anticipating regulatory shifts and hardware advancements.
- High-Performance Computing: Optimize software stacks for next-gen GPU clusters and neuromorphic chips to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, specifically within AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving unsolvable problems using novel computational approaches.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring senior engineers and managing cross-functional R&D teams in high-pressure environments.
