Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems that bridge classical computing with quantum processing units (QPUs).
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of researchers and engineers in developing novel algorithms for quantum error correction and AI model inference.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for Nebula Dynamics' 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with emerging industry standards.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization in hybrid cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, and familiarity with quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
