Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for large-scale Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision tasks.
- Lead research initiatives focused on model efficiency, interpretability, and scalability for production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into deployable, high-performance software.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends and methodologies relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure optimal user outcomes.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research and production deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong foundation in MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and model serving technologies.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, etc.) or shipping significant AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
