Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into market-ready solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with published papers at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience deploying models at scale on cloud/AWS/GCP platforms
- Track record of patentable innovations in AI or adjacent fields
- Strong communicator capable of explaining complex concepts to stakeholders
