Responsibilities
- Architect and Lead: Design and implement next-generation Neural Networks and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Scalability: Oversee the transition from theoretical research concepts to scalable, production-ready systems ensuring zero latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into consumer-facing applications.
- Ethical AI: Establish rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents to ensure responsible deployment.
- Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in Reinforcement Learning, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and multimodal AI.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Research Track Record: Proven history of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICRA) or patenting novel algorithms.
- Core Skills: Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI research roles within high-growth tech environments or leading research labs.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise elegant, mathematical solutions.
