Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art deep learning models (Transformers, GNNs, Diffusion Models) for large-scale generative tasks.
- Optimize model training pipelines and inference speeds for cloud and edge deployment environments.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready features.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analysis to validate model performance and user impact.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging architectural paradigms relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI lab.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of professional experience in research and development of Machine Learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Experience deploying large-scale ML models in high-availability production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to publish research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
