Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic R&D: Direct the research strategy for 2026, focusing on the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Model Architecture: Design and implement novel neural network architectures capable of surpassing current benchmarks in reasoning and adaptability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Patent Strategy: Lead the identification, development, and filing of intellectual property related to proprietary algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in AI research, preferably within a top-tier tech firm or research lab.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
