Responsibilities
- Lead development of hybrid AI-quantum computing frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Design novel neural-symbolic architectures for explainable AI systems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams on algorithm optimization
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Secure $2M+ in federal research grants for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers on cutting-edge AI ethics and safety protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum machine learning research
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum and Cirq frameworks
- Published work at NeurIPS/ICML/Quantum Information Processing
- Strong background in Bayesian deep learning and causal inference
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA research programs preferred
