Responsibilities
- Conduct Advanced Research: Design and implement novel deep learning architectures, focusing on Transformers, Diffusion Models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Model Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and throughput for edge and cloud deployment.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to translate research findings into production-ready features.
- Publish & Patent: Lead efforts to publish peer-reviewed papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and secure patents for proprietary algorithms.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (with significant research experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated history of publishing in reputable AI conferences or delivering significant impact in open-source communities.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex mathematical and computational challenges.
