Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, robust AI models for autonomous robotic systems.
- Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and compliance standards for AI decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the integration of neural networks with physical hardware.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Translate complex 2026 product vision into technical roadmaps and executable code.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency, high-throughput performance in real-time environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineering talent.
