Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Frameworks: Design scalable, high-performance deep learning models tailored for real-time autonomous decision-making in complex environments.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AGI integration, aligning research milestones with product delivery timelines.
- Optimize Hardware Efficiency: Collaborate with hardware engineers to maximize inference speed and energy efficiency for edge computing devices.
- Mentor High-Performance Teams: Guide a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Push Quantum Boundaries: Integrate quantum computing principles into classical ML pipelines to solve optimization problems currently deemed unsolvable.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI deployment is responsible and secure.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep Learning Expertise: 7+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale neural networks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Robotics Experience: Proven track record in sim-to-real transfer or physical robotics control systems.
- Quantum Literacy: Familiarity with quantum algorithms and their application to machine learning (preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy.
- Creative Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and invent solutions for unprecedented challenges.
