Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design, develop, and deploy advanced deep learning and reinforcement learning models for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Robotics Integration: Integrate AI algorithms with hardware components, ensuring real-time performance and reliability in dynamic environments.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore cutting-edge technologies in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Prototype Development: Build and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes that validate novel AI concepts before full-scale production.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Robotics, or a similar advanced technical domain.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Specialization: Strong background in Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex systems and deliver innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
