Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable smart contracts using Solidity and Rust, focusing on gas optimization and Layer 2 architecture.
- Integrate Machine Learning models into blockchain protocols to enable autonomous smart contract execution and predictive security analysis.
- Lead the architecture of cross-chain interoperability solutions, ensuring seamless data transfer between disparate blockchain networks.
- Conduct rigorous code audits and security reviews to safeguard the platform against zero-day exploits and vulnerabilities.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Go, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade dApps.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoW), and distributed systems.
- Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries, and familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Experience with AI/ML integration in blockchain environments (e.g., using Python libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch within smart contract logic).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Clear communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
