Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) relevant to the 2026 timeframe and integrate them into our core stack.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all 2026 system designs adhere to the highest security standards and industry compliance regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define long-term technical strategies and execute them effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tools: Experience with modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and CI/CD pipelines.
