Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using Python and cloud-native technologies.
- Conduct research and development to advance state-of-the-art algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy to ensure high performance in production environments.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI, ML, and software architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Machine Learning or AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
