Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead the design of Layer 2 scaling solutions and interoperability protocols.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, security audits, and vulnerability assessments.
- Optimize blockchain gas fees and transaction throughput for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps for 2026 release milestones.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, distributed systems, or cryptography.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Experience with public blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot).
- Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms, zero-knowledge proofs, and cryptographic primitives.
- Proven track record of deploying secure, audited smart contracts to mainnet.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
