Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and equipment for assigned projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and project documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Electrician's License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in commercial and residential systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
- Experience with project management and team leadership
- Ability to read complex blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical ability to work in various environments and climb ladders
