Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend APIs and frontend components using modern best practices.
- Full Lifecycle Development: Own the entire software development lifecycle from concept through deployment, ensuring high code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and refactor them to improve performance, security, and scalability for future growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, DevOps, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Testing & QA: Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure robustness and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or Vue.js. Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Go. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and testable code.
