Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and refactor legacy code to improve speed and maintainability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines are efficient and deployments are seamless.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong understanding of Node.js, RESTful APIs, and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
