Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level system architecture for Nebula's 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum-ready protocols) into existing infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to cloud-native environments and optimize legacy systems for maximum efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect sensitive data in a decentralized ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML integration and futuristic computing paradigms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a plus.
