Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure architectures designed for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the technical strategy for the transition to quantum-resistant cryptographic standards and protocols.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous AI agents into core operational workflows.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across global data centers.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of designing and managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment, MLOps, and edge computing.
- Ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business impact.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
