Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technologies, social trends, and market shifts to inform strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain a robust foresight framework, including scenario planning and trend forecasting.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of future trends on the company's business model and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain a network of external experts and thought leaders to stay at the cutting edge of knowledge.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of their potential societal impact.
