Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to map 2026-2030 strategic imperatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum adoption and decentralized governance models
- Lead cross-functional workshops integrating future insights into R&D roadmaps
- Author quarterly foresight briefings for executive board and investor relations
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy experts
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Measure and report on strategic foresight ROI through predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development trajectories, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (journal/conference)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategic pivots
