Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI governance frameworks
- Published research on exponential technologies (Nature/IEEE preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools like Delphi or causal layered analysis
- Security clearance eligibility for federal collaborations
- Fluency in Python and R for trend modeling
