Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish innovation methodologies across global divisions
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
