Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech to inform 2026 strategic priorities
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and regulatory evolutions
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating emerging technologies with existing product ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
- Author thought leadership publications positioning company as 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
