Responsibilities

- System Scalability: Ensure AI models can handle enterprise-grade load, optimizing for latency, throughput, and efficiency.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI research.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex research into deployable, high-impact products.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
