Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring sustainable and inclusive futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in futures research or technology innovation (journal articles/books)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
