Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented projects executed to completion
