- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, technological, and societal disruptions
- Present executive briefings translating foresight data into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Lead annual 'Future State' workshops with 500+ stakeholders to align organizational vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing future roadmaps that generated $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
