Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal detection)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, Trendalyzer, Cassandra) and data visualization platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy and disruption preparedness
